When will my yarn be shipped?

We process orders Monday to Friday and should be ready for shipping the next business day.

Will all my yarn be from the same dye lot?

We make every effort to fill orders from uniform dye lots. If we don’t have the quantity you ordered from a single dye lot we will contact you to see what you would like to do. Please note that hand-dyed yarns do not have dye lots and each skein may not be completely identical to each other even if dyed together. It is suggested that skeins are alternated when knitting to ensure a smooth transition. We have also made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products we carry. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the computer monitor’s display.

Can I have my yarn wound?

Yes! Just make a note in the comment section.

What is your return policy?

Yarn may be returned in its new and unused condition within 30 days of the original purchase for store credit. We cannot accept returns on wound yarn or sale yarn. Books, patterns, needles, notions or accessories are also not returnable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
